Free to read. Don't scrape at 10k rps. Don't try to break things. If you find a vulnerability, security@vev.sh — we respond within 48 hours and we do not threaten legal action for good-faith research.

founding 500 license

$199 USD, one-time, non-subscription. You get: every current and future version of vev on the Pro tier, forever. You can transfer your license ONCE to another email (e.g., you change companies). After that, the seat is attached to the email that holds it.

"Forever" means: as long as we exist, we honor it; if we shut down, you keep every binary you've downloaded, and we release the signing keys so the community can continue. No rug-pull.

refunds

30 days, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt with the word "refund" and we Stripe it back. After 30 days, the seat is yours. If you change your mind later, transfer it (once). See /refund.

the app

vev (the desktop app) runs on your hardware. We don't guarantee it won't have bugs. We don't guarantee it will never crash your terminal. It's software — treat it the way you treat any tool you install yourself. Nothing we give you replaces your judgment.

liability cap

Our maximum liability to you is whatever you paid us. If you paid nothing, the cap is zero. This is standard boilerplate because our lawyer said so, but also — realistically — we're one developer and a 5MB binary.

changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects your Founding 500 license, we email you first and give you 60 days to refund (even past the 30-day window). We will never change "lifetime" to "not lifetime."
