Accessibility
Not a compliance checkbox. A parallel surface.
reduced motion
When your system says prefers-reduced-motion: reduce, the volumetric cursor-light becomes a static dim gradient. No particles. No breath. Just the page, in full.
screen readers
The canvas is aria-hidden. A hand-authored 3-minute radio play narrates vev's story — spoken drama, not a dump of the DOM. Trigger it from the header menu when using VoiceOver, NVDA, or Orca.
keyboard
Every interaction is keyboard-reachable. Focus rings are lime with 2px offset. Three consecutive Tabs from the footer unlock a hidden page — we reward discovery, we don't gatekeep it.
high contrast
In Windows High Contrast or forced-colors mode, the shader hides itself and the layout falls back to a VT100-inspired black/green palette. Authored, not auto-generated.
