Refund

Reply to your Stripe receipt (or email hi@vev.sh) with the word refund in the subject or body, within 30 days of purchase.

Stripe reverses the charge. The seat goes back into the pool. You keep any binaries already downloaded — they don't phone home to disable themselves.

After day 30, the seat is yours. You can transfer it once (to another email) if you change your mind. We don't claw licenses back.
